Brief: This impressive 9-story development, complete with a basement level, features 104 high quality co-living units (Sui Generis use class). It also includes thoughtfully designed communal spaces, such as a modern co-working area and a stylish café on the ground floor, fostering a vibrant and connected community for residents.

Building on a tight site bordered by the London Underground, a busy road, and adjacent structures presented significant logistical challenges, especially for the 9-meter basement dig and construction of nine floors. To overcome this, we implemented a top-down construction method, building the ground floor first and excavating the basement simultaneously with the upper floors. This innovative approach optimized site logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient progress.

We also developed a new external walling system that combined value engineering, acoustic performance, and energy efficiency in a unique way, achieving significant improvements in energy efficiency. This project is a testament to our ability to tackle complex challenges with creativity and technical expertise, delivering quality and functionality at every step.
