Stephen leads the HR function which aims to enable the organisation to have the best systems and processes to attract and retain the right people at the right time.
After 30 years management experience in the aviation industry, Stephen gained vast experience in a variety of operational and strategic senior roles where he was involved with mergers, policy development, employee relations, communications and general interpretation of all aspects of employment law.
Stephen is an accomplished generalist management with experience in blue chip, private and public sector companies. A versatile and highly organised change manager with significant project, relationship and line management experience and a proven track record of successful delivery of major change initiatives in a wide variety of permanent and project based roles.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys squash and is actively involved in a number of local charities.
